Litter layer is very loose but exceptionally thick – about 20cm. Humus layer is underneath. Soil: Humic Acrisol; Multispecies rain forest. Carapa, Newtonia, Ficus, Dracaena, Rhus. Small hiking trail nearby. Sample quite moist. |
